Luka

I am really sorry I haven't written in a loooooooooooong time but - a few months we suddenly had a visitor who came home with my Mom and Dad and until today has not left.
His name is Luka and he is quite small. He screams a lot and can't do much. Sometimes I try to get him to play with me by pulling and squeezing his hands and feet or by stealing the pacifier from his mouth, but I think he doesn't like to play with girls. Oh well, suit yourself.
I was a little bit jealous in the beginning, but I don't think there's any need for that, especially since I DON'T cry as much and also don't keep them up every night. I'll try to write more often to keep everyone informed on how things are going with this new small person.

My First Halloween

Boo!
Mama and Papa took me around the neighborhood to beg for candy... as if we didn't have enough of those colorful packages at home. But who cares? I got to stay up an extra hour and met lots of the friendly people living next to us. They all commented on what a cute bunny I was and freely shared their sweets. I have to try that again in a few months when I have more teeth.

Finally

It's been so long since I last wrote. It's not my fault... honestly. My Mom wouldn't let me use her laptop... and all because I took of the the Shift key and the "F". Big deal. There are about 50 other little black squares on that thing. I really don't understand what the problem is.
But, let me recount.
I have been having the time of my life. I get to stay home with Oma (Mom's mom) while Mama and Papa are at work. It's been a blast. We spend the days talking in German, reading books, baking German cakes, going for long walks, and just goofing off.

Update

I am sorry I haven't written in a while, but I have a good reason. I was busy learning how to walk. The first few steps were quite an adventure but by now I am a pro. Crawling is for babies - walking is so much faster. I can even catch our fat cat if I try hard enough.

Raksha Bandhan

Today I celebrated my first Raksha Bandhan and got 10 dollars (I'm thinking of starting my own investment portfolio.
Raksha Bandhan (the bond of protection in Hindi) or Rakhi (राखी in Devanāgarī) is a Hindu festival, which celebrates the relationship between brothers and sisters. It is celebrated on the full moon of the month of Shraavana.
The festival is marked by the tying of a rakhi, or holy thread by the sister on the wrist of her brother. The brother in return offers a gift to his sister and vows to look after her.
I have two cousin brothers called Sam Jr. and Max. They are also Mischling's like myself. Talk about 'globalization'! They are very handsome and a real set of 'Fiends'! They frequently run amok in the office and have instilled a 'reign of terror'! Yipe!! Wait till I turn 4 years old- I will join their possee and torment all these old, feeble people who work here.
I love my cousins and hope they will keep a close eye on me.

Last Day of Day Care !!

Today was a memorable day. My mama and papa finally came to their senses and decided to rescue me from my day care nightmare!! Yipee!!

I don't have to waste my day listening to the mindless banter of some precocious 5 year old kids. Daycare was truly not designed for my 'sensitive types'!
I will be spending my days now at Papa's office.
I like doing that although it gets kind of messy at times! But I guess I can't have everything!!
Yawnn! Its been a long day. I'm going to turn in for some shut eye!!

I Wrote This Last Night

I was up all night thinking about this piece. I wanted to make sure it's perfect. Papa still thinks it's a rendition of Bach. Who is he kidding? Bach could have NEVER written something like this.
